American UTV Return Policy
Need to or return your purchased item(s)? No problem! We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days from the date your order shipped. All returns must be in new, unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging.
Return Instructions:
If American UTV has sent the incorrect part or you have received a damaged part, please contact us.
For all other returns, please print out the return form, fill it out completely and include in the box with your returned item(s).
Return Shipping:
American UTV is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages, so we do recommend that you insure the package for the full value of the product.
Products shipped back to American UTV will be at the customer’s expense.
American UTV will cover the return shipping cost if we have made an error. In that case, we will email you a return shipping label.
Returns MUST be in new and unused conditions AND include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. Please do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container as doing so will likely damage the manufacturer’s packaging and the item will no longer be considered in new or unused condition.
All returns that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by American UTV.
Refunds:
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Note: There is no refunds on shipping and handling charges.
