Description
When it’s time to relieve the pressure as the throttle closes this blow-off-valve can be configured to recirculate the air back into the stock plenum or vent it to atmosphere through an optional air filter. It is a smart addition to any turbo vehicle, as it helps prevent any overboost. This Blow Off Valve kit will work on any turbo vehicle, and pairs perfectly with our Boost Tube’s!
ADJUSTING YOUR BLOW OFF VALVE
Each BOV needs to be adjusted to suit the vehicle it is being mounted on.
- Adjustment to the BOV is made by rotating the cap.
- Increase the spring force on the piston. Rotate the cap clockwise in the direction of harder as marked on the top of the cap.
- Decrease the spring force on the piston. Rotate the cap counter clockwise in the direction of softer as marked on the top of the cap.
