This kit adds rigidity and strength to the front of the machine and is great for people wanting to add a winch.
This kit consists of 5 pieces and hardware. The race plate is included with bolts in place of studs for the lower a arms. Hardware is supplied and allows for quick and easy service and removal in the future.
We’ve created a plate system that ties the front mounting points along with the upper rear mount together in full via 3 different welded assemblies. The front welded assembly prevents the front section from twisting and pulling on the a arm bolts. \
The front of the frame is firmly tied into the rest of the chassis. Two pieces of metal tie the rear upper pivot point to both front a arm points. This strengthens the frame and reduces the chances of the frame twisting.
The single plate over the diff that ties the upper mounting points together will keep the rear upper arm pivot of the chassis from twisting under hard impacts. The final plate piece is additional reinforcement to the rear lower mounting points of the suspension and finishes the gusset kit.
